ORDER TRACKING

Once the products have been shipped, each order comes with a tracking number that can be tracked online:

POSTAGE

When you enter the payment page and complete your address information, the system will match the shipping options and corresponding fees for your region. The express shipping rate is approximately $3.99-$8.99.

When your order is over $50, you will receive free shipping privileges.

 

ORDER PACKING

All orders are packaged using renewable synthetic materials. We treat your nail sets with the utmost care to ensure that your nails are as undamaged as possible during transportation.

 

PROCESSING TIME

As all of our press-ons are handmade,

please allow 7-10 Business Days for order processing time (Not Including Shipping Time).

Please ensure that you can wait before placing your order.

 

SHIPPING FAILED

Please note that due to some force majeure factors, we have no control over final delivery times and lost mail. We will do our best to help you track your package and provide you with contact information for the postal outlet in your country.

 

DISPUTES REGARDING DELIVERY

1. Failed Delivery Due to Contact Issues

If the logistics carrier reports being unable to contact you, resulting in a failed delivery, a re-delivery fee will apply. The carrier calculates the cost, and your package will be sent again once paid.

2. Undelivered Packages

- All packages sent to different countries use a tracked logistics service. When your package is shipped, our system sends you an email with the tracking number. You can use this number to monitor the delivery progress on the carrier's website or through the tracking link provided on our website. Our system also sends updates at each key stage of delivery.

- Please contact us immediately if you do not receive your package, and the carrier’s tracking system confirms it as lost. We will remake and resend your items at no additional cost to you.

- If you receive a delivery confirmation email and the carrier’s tracking system shows the package as “delivered,” the delivery will be considered complete. The tracking information serves as the Evidence of final delivery. We cannot offer compensation for packages lost after delivery and recommend signing for packages in person.
